Processing time

The time we need to prepare your order for dispatch varies, but is usually within three days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by bank holidays and peak holiday periods.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check this if you are unsure before making your purchase.

 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
