A collection of curious vintage items including
• an art nouveau-style vintage French card with a beautiful large old plastic buckle attached which measures just under 2 1/2" or 6.2cm by a smidgen over 2" or 5.4cm
• a mixed collection of 19 vintage buttons in a pretty little triangular brass vintage tin
• a curious and very ancient carved bone needle holder, which, whilst missing the lower part so longer usable as a holder, does have a rather magical inset glass piece in the top part, which unscrews. Holding this glass close to the eye, it is just possible to view tiny pictures of 6 postcards printed inside, although it is impossible now to distinguish the details as there are many chips and cracks in the glass
• a very unusual, old English threepence "thruppence" coin which has been moulded into a miniature spoon, with a hand-hammered metal handle attached and bound in metal wire. The spoon is 2 1/2" long or 6.5cm
